Kommentar: Die britische Ausgabe der Get Smart-Komplettbox wurde zwar von NTSC nach PAL ohne Beschleunigung auf 25 fps normgewandelt, aber im direkten Vergleich ist die PAL-Version trotz der Ghosting-Probleme tatsächlich schärfer, zeigt einen etwas größeren Bildausschnitt und hat teilweise etwas natürlichere Farben. Anscheinend wurde für die PAL-Version nicht einfach nur das NTSC-Master hochinterpoliert, sondern eine bessere Quelle.

Comment: The british version of the Get Smart Collection was norm-converted from NTSC to PAL without speeding it up to 25fps, but in direct comparison the PAL version looks much sharper, shows a bit more image and sometimes has more natural colors. It seems that a better source than the NTSC master was used for the PAL discs.
